The malls of Frasers Property are all fired up with new store openings this month.

Beauty retail brand Sephora launches its newest outlet at Causeway Point today, with weekend-long activities such as an all-you-can-grab beauty-filled ball pit, photo opportunities with the Sephora Lip Swing and early bird gift vouchers and goodie bags for those in the queue before it officially opens its doors at noon.

At Northpoint City, shoppers can delight in over 15,000 quality $2 lifestyle products and novelty items from Nomi Japan, or visit Home's Harmony, a one-stop supply centre for home linen and bedding accessories.

The Centrepoint also welcomes JM Taekwondo's latest school for children and adults interested in picking up the martial art.

A.S. WATSON

The world's largest international health and beauty retailer is helping its brand partners, both multi-national and more niche brands or start-ups, to deliver strategies for launches that address their objectives through its global customer base, data insights, digital tools, resources and expertise.

Most recently, it has provided global data insights for consumer goods company Unilever to successfully launch haircare brand TRESemmé in China.

A.S. Watson operates more than 14,400 stores in 24 markets under 12 retail brands, which include Watsons, PARKnSHOP, FORTRESS, Watson's Wine, Drogas, Kruidvat, Trekpleister, Rossmann, Superdrug, Savers, ICI PARIS XL and The Perfume Shop.

EU YAN SANG

The local health and wellness company, known for its Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health supplements, has launched two new offerings.

The Eu Yan Sang Premium Aloe Vera Essence is produced from all-natural ingredients and is suitable for all ages. Aloe vera pulp is extracted using technology that preserves its nutrients and freshness. A box is priced at $15.90, but Eu Yan Sang members can purchase it for $12.90.

The Eu Yan Sang Vitality Plus exclusively incorporates TCM knowledge to support and enhance men's health, giving individuals an energy boost to promote endurance and improve stamina. Ingredients include the fatigue-reducing cordyceps herb and tongkat ali, which strengthens muscles for those who lead an active lifestyle.

It is retailing at $89.90 per box, but members enjoy an introductory price of $79.90.

PARAGON

Embark on a journey to the Fantastico at the shopping mall, complete with a display of 12 blue bejewelled macaws designed using 3D printing technology by jewellery design students of Raffles Design Institute.

From now till Sunday at the main atrium, shoppers can revel in vibrant displays of art, crafts, and national costumes and discover more of Latin America at the exhibition organised by Paragon in partnership with the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, Singapore, and supported by 10 Latin American embassies.
