Thai maths textbook accidentally publishes photo of Japanese porn star on cover

A Thai textbook publisher withdrew its maths textbooks after it published a photo of a Japanese porn star on its cover, reported The Nation..
The actress is actually Mana Aoki and this was a promotional shot for an adult video.
The publisher had used an image from the internet.
Over 3,000 copies of the textbook was already distributed by MuangThai Book Center to students, reported Rocket New 24.
The cover of the textbook features graphs, pie charts and other "teachers" but the Japanese woman takes up much of the space.
Just to make the textbook look more credible, the publisher also photoshopped the word "Mathematics" onto the folder that Aoki was holding.
Twitter users, who were clearly... ahem, fans, of Aoki were the ones who pointed this out and it quickly went viral.
The cover of the textbook has since been changed. Let's hope students still find the subject as engaging as it was before.
