The home-grown hospitality brand has introduced an organic farm-to-table sustainability project at its Central Vietnam destination resort Laguna Lang Co, which comprises Banyan Tree Lang Co - from US$424 (S$580) a night - and Angsana Lang Co (from US$159).

The organic farm features an organic garden growing local herbs and vegetables, an animal farm of chickens and ducks and a worm farm that sustains the entire farm.

Besides serving as an organic farming model for the farmers in the surrounding region, it provides an eco-experience for guests of the resort community.

Join tours to learn more about sustainability and enjoy complimentary cooking classes using produce you personally harvested to craft your own Vietnamese summer spring rolls and local delicacies like bun bo hue and banh khoai.
