WATCH: Please don't go around bending iPhones like these idiots...
Let's get this straight: Bendgate is not cool - but neither is going around vandalising other people's property.
As pointed out by Gizmodo, people around the world have been walking into Apple stores and trying to bend new iPhones - including the two teens from the UK who captured their antics in the video above.
It sounds funny and yes, my curiosity to see for myself if the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are as bendy as they say it is has been piqued.
But how would you like it if someone walked up to you, asked to test out your phone before proceeding it to ruin it before your very eyes?
Not a nice feeling, right?
While I'm looking to get an iPhone 6 or a 6 Plus in the future, I'm not defending Apple here - this is a design flaw that must be improved on.
But remember, this is a electronic gadget that's not really designed for rough and tumble treatment and even if they're owned by the company that produced them, each handset costs several hundred bucks.
No matter how flawed something is, going around and destroying other people's stuff is just not right.
As it is, it seems like the two kids in the video are in trouble since they yanked their original video from YouTube before someone re-uploaded the one you watched.
If you're really hell-bent on trying out the new iPhone's flexibility, I suggest you cough up your own cash to get your own unit to wreck.
Otherwise, please do the decent thing and not be an idiot like these guys.
