New brands in town
Several new offerings, including cult brands from Finland, Italy and France, are adding buzz to our shopping scene.
This is a Finnish label renowned for its original prints and colours. On sale are high-quality home products ranging from furnishing fabrics to tableware as well as clothes, bags and accessories. A first in Singapore, Marimekko will be housed in a 2,500 sq ft flagship store.

The brand started in 1987, when an Italian manufacturer of travel bags introduced a new meaning to outdoor apparel by combining innovative materials with close attention to style and detail. This Spring, the menswear collection draws inspiration from "Out on the open road", where the protagonist lives a nomadic existence. The women's wear is influenced by the easy chic and dynamic character of a modern traveller. The pieces are rich in colours and alluring patterns.

ROBINSONS THE HEEREN
PAUL & JOE HOMME
Think impeccably cut jackets in very fine tweed, a printed shirt for a touch of originality, and a seemingly classic pullover. This place has the right ingredients to boost your personal style.
Though this branded footwear is not new here, it is now introducing tilapia fish skin leather, the latest technological innovation. The tilapia is a tropical fish that has fine scales and produces a strong yet subtle and elegant leather. Nine tilapia skins are needed to make a pair of sneakers so the assemblage is always unique.
BAKKER MADE WITH LOVE
This line is known for its unique patterns and prints in brightly coloured trousers, sweaters and dresses for kids - but now they are available in adult sizes.

The current season reflects the girl power of the 1990s. It is all about extreme volume contrasts exuding a chic and contemporary, fresh and energetic look. As for the menswear, it is a delightful collection of unlikely matching clothes at the newly opened 1,000 sq ft flagship store in the heart of Orchard Road.
