Ellen DeGeneres' epic lip sync battle

The queen of daytime TV takes on the king of late night Jimmy Fallon

Ellen DeGeneres shows who's the boss when it comes to a lip sync battle.

The queen of daytime TV went on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday (Sept 9) and literally dropped the mic on the king of late night TV.

The lip sync contest was judged by Fallon's best bud Justin Timberlake.

Fallon, 40, started the segment with his lip sync of The Killers' smash single Mr. Brightside followed by DeGeneres' hilarious version of Diana Ross' Do You Know Where You're Going To, which involved the comedian, 57, writhing around on the stage floor.

Fallon tried to win back the crowd with the contemporary choice Watch Me by Silento, which let him display his "whip" and "nae nae" moves, and, for a minute, it seemed like he might have had a chance.

But then DeGeneres came out swinging with Rihanna's Bitch Better Have My Money and it was simply jaw-dropping.

Fallon knew he didn't stand a chance, and it was clear who won the battle even before Timberlake crowned DeGeneres the winner.

Speaking of Timberlake, the 34-year-old singer shared the first and absolutely adorable photos of his four-month-old baby Silas Randall, whom he shares with actress Jessica Biel.
