Jared Leto's playing the Joker - here's a teaser of what he'll look like
So Jared Leto is playing the Joker in the upcoming DC movie Suicide Squad.
But what will his Joker look like?
Suicide Squad director David Ayer posted the following teaser of Leto as Joker on Friday (April 10):
According to IMDB, the film's plot involves a secret government agency which recruits imprisoned supervillains to execute dangerous black ops missions in exchange for freedom.
Leto's pose has DC fans wondering whether the plot will have elements of the comic The Killing Joke - from which the original image comes from.
Suicide Squad boasts a stellar cast that includes Will Smith, model Cara Delevingne, Margot Robbie (Wolf of Wall Street), Viola Davis (How To Get Away With Murder) and more. It's slated for release in 2016.
The cast got together for a read-through this past week, and a group pic sans Leto was snapped and posted by Ayer.
