Jay Chou teases fans with picture of daughter
Taiwanese superstar Jay Chou has given fans a glimpse of his baby daughter.
Early Sunday, he posted the picture to Facebook with the caption 父親節快樂 (Happy Father's Day). Saturday was Father's Day in Taiwan.
Chou is seen cradling her to his chest while she is wrapped in a Mickey Mouse blanket. The inscription along Chou's T-shirt collar has raised a question. It either reads "Dad is always my love" or "Dad is always my hero".
But of what there is no doubt is that both father and child appear wear matching black beanie hats.
Chou's wife, Hannah Quinlivan, had spoken to Elle magazine about her pregnancy, according to Entertainment News QQ.
In the interview Quinlivan reveals that the July birth was not a smooth delivery.
The 21-year-old said she had given birth by Cesarean section. But the moment she got to hold her baby girl, affectionately nicknamed "Xiao Chou Chou", for the first time made the pain worth it.
Quinlivan is said to have given birth on July 10, according to Taiwanese newspapers.
