VIDEO: Beyonce's dad says split rumours created to boost ticket sales
Now we just feel cheated.
Someone is saying that US pop diva Beyonce Knowles and her rapper hubby Jay-Z have been drumming up rumours of their split to boost ticket sales for their On The Run tour.
That someone is Beyonce's dad.
Ouch!
In an interview Mathew Knowles gave to The Roula and Ryan Show on Houston radio station 104.1 KRBE, he claims: "Sometimes you have to ignite that tour. It's called a Jedi mind trick. A Jedi mind trick fools you a lot of the time. So things you see sometimes are (poof)."

Daddy Knowles, Bey's former manager, made more claims, this time about his younger daughter.
According to the senior Knowles, the infamous elevator rift between Solange, Bey's younger sister, and Jay Z, at this year's Met Gala in May, was nothing but a publicity stunt.
He said: "All I know is the Jedi mind trick...Everyone's talking about it. Ticket sales went up, Solange's album sales went up 200 percent."

At least Destiny's Child will be going on tour soon (we definitely weren't expecting that) and may come up with a new album.
