COEs for small cars, commercial vehicles dip

Certificate of entitlement (COE) prices for small cars and commercial vehicles ended lower in this month's first bidding exercise yesterday.
For Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below, premiums closed at $67,089, down from $67,889 two weeks ago, while commercial vehicle COEs, which include goods vehicles and buses, dropped to $60,001 from $65,001.
COE for cars above 1,600cc ended higher at $74,389, up from $72,890.
