Last night, the 22-year-old daughter of the pilot of the missing AirAsia QZ8501 flight put out a heartbreaking message to her father on social media platform Path.

The pilot Captain Iriyanto's daughter, Angela Anggi Ranastianis said: "Papa, come home, I still need you".

And no one would understand her pain more than Maira Elizabeth, the daughter of the steward of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.

When Maira first found about about the news regarding the AirAsia flight, she took to her popular Twitter page to express her shock.

The Star reported that Maira hoped that Angela would have faith in God and stay strong.

She said: "Yes, it is not easy, but if you leave it to God, you'll be calm. Take it slowly, and you're gonna be fine. Know that he loves you.

"Pray whenever you feel sad or angry, for it will guide you," she said.

After the mysterious disappearance of the MH370 flight in March, Maira's heartbreaking tweets touched thousands of people.
