KL owner distraught as thief drives off with dog in car
Malaysian advertising company co-owner Gursharan Singh, 34, has not had a proper meal or sufficient sleep since his dog was stolen along with his car on Wednesday.
His seven-year-old beagle, Pixie, was seated in his Mitsubishi Triton when a car thief drove the vehicle away at about 11pm outside a bank in Sungai Buloh.
Mr Singh told The Star on Monday: “I parked my car very near a bank and went in to deposit some cheques. I took about 10 minutes and when I came out I saw the man driving my car away with Pixie in it.”
He added he had left the ignition key in the car as he was away for only a few minutes and the car was parked very near the bank.
He said he is worried sick about Pixie.
“I don’t care about the car and just want Pixie back,” said Mr Singh.
He said he lives alone with the dog.
He has made posters and uploaded them on social media offering a RM1,000 (S$390) reward to anyone who returns Pixie back to him.
