Man trapped in plane toilet on 15-hour flight
Having to endure a 15-hour flight is bad enough.
But having to spend more than an hour of that trapped in the toilet? Well, that just stinks.
A man on a Cathay Pacific flight from Newark to Hong Kong accidentally trapped his middle finger in a toilet rubbish bin on Wednesday, police said.
The incident happened more than an hour before landing when the 32-year-old US passenger was throwing away garbage.
He had to stand alone in the washroom during the landing.
Police said the man was able to free his hand with the help of firefighters after the plane landed and did not need hospital treatment.
The airline declined to comment on the incident.
