New ICA Services Centre to be operational from April 7
The new Immigration and Checkpoints Authority Services Centre at 2 Crawford Street will commence operations on April 7.
The ISC is adjacent to the current ICA building and will maintain the same operating hours of 8am to 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Counter services at the current ICA building will be suspended from April 1 to 4 to allow officers to focus on the final preparations required for the new ISC.
No walk-ins will be served during this period.
Customers with urgent requests need to produce supporting documents to be served on acase-by-case basis.
The public is encouraged to get their ICA transactions done before the transition period.
During the transition period, the public can continue to submit their applications online through ICA's website or the MyICA mobile application.
They can also contact ICA via the ICA Feedback Form or call the ICA Hotline at 6391 6100.
At the ISC, transactions can be made at a single touchpoint instead of visiting different levels of the ICA building for different services.
Self-collection of identity card and passport from automated kiosks at the ISC - without the need to make an appointment beforehand - will start in July.
