Not quite, according to this laugh-out-loud video. Sometimes, it's important to remember that big animals are just as afraid of humans as people are of them.
A neighbour from across the street filmed the bear roaming around outside a house, happily minding its own business. As it is about to round a corner, it runs into a man.
The unexpected encounter startled both parties: Man and beast react in the same way by taking off in the opposite direction.
