The cost of the world's first rotatable laboratory for the tropics. The BCA SkyLab was unveiled yesterday by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. It will test technologies to bring "positive energy" buildings into reality. The lab, which can rotate 360 degrees, is developed by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in California and sits atop the BCA Academy's new Academic Tower.
