Jared Chan Yee Mun, 32

The Malaysian restaurant ownerwas jailed for a year on Jan 7 for having consensual sex with the underage girl on Oct 5, 2012.

He started talking to her on social networking website Blendr in September that year.

They then chatted on Whatsapp and she told him that she was 15 years old.

Despite this, Chan, who is single and lives in Australia, suggested they meet up for sex while he was on transit here and she agreed.

When he arrived, they went to Changi Village Hotel at Netheravon Road, where they had protected sex.
They parted ways the next day and stopped communicating with each other after this.

Alan Lobaton Ramos, 26

The Former Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore associate consultant became the second man to be dealt with in court for having consensual sex with the underage girl.

The Mexican was jailed for 10 months on Jan 15.

The court heard that she created an account on a dating website OkCupid in 2012 to make more friends.

After Ramos contacted her online, they began texting each other.On Oct 19 and 23, 2012, she went to his flat in Ang Mo Kio where they had sex.

l Two other men, Ngo Choon Seng, 28, and Chee Wei Tong, 24, who are accused of having sex with her, have not been dealt with in court.
