Some spray paint on the top of block 85A Toa Payoh Lorong 4 has got Singaporeans talking.

We're understating things a bit of course.

According to Channel News Asia's Facebook, the graffiti can be seen not only on the outside of the walls but also on the inside the roof level.

Which begs the questions, how exactly did the perpetrator commit the crime.

Which was something which 18-year-old ITE student Mr Khairil Adri Kamsani wondered as well.

"I was shocked when I first saw the graffiti and then "I wondered how the heck did they get up there?" He said.

According to Mr Khairil, he lives block 60 of Toa Payoh Lorong 4 which is directly opposite of the block which was defaced.

"I did not hear the anything the night before so I'm really puzzled as to how they pulled this off"

He shared the picture on his Twitter account and it has gone viral, having been retweeted over 1000 times at the time of this article.

"I had to turn off my data!" he said.

The police said they received a call at 6.47am requesting for assistance at the location “Upon police’s arrival, it was established that a case of vandalism had occurred at the said location,” the police said. Investigations are ongoing.
