The police are seeking information on the whereabouts of 13-year-old Sofea Adrianna Mohammad Aidil, who was last seen in HarbourFront on the afternoon of Sept 28.
The police said she was last spotted in the vicinity of HarbourFront MRT station at about 4pm that day.
Those with information on her whereabouts can contact the police via their hotline on 1800-255-000, or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/i-witness
Information shared will be kept strictly confidential, said the police in their appeal on Sept 29.
On Sept 29, Sofea's mother, Ms Siti Nadiya, put up a Facebook post appealing for information about her daughter.
In it, she said that her daughter had gone to VivoCity on Sept 28 to meet friends to give them some of her unwanted plush toys.
"Her friend mentioned that she wanted to head home by 5pm, worried she might get scolded for being home late. But by 7pm, she still wasn't home," said Ms Nadiya in her post.
She added that her husband went in search of Sofea, and that by 10pm to 11pm, all of her daughter's friends who had previously tried to get in contact with her had their calls and messages blocked.
Ms Nadiya said that her daughter's ez-link card recorded no further movements and that Sofea's live location on her phone had been turned off.
"She would never leave home without her personal essentials - her travel facial products, her braces brush, her power bank, and her favourite hoodie," said Ms Nadiya, adding that her daughter would also never miss a call or text from her husband.
Ms Nadiya's post has been shared by other Facebook users, as well as on Facebook group, Lost and Found Group Singapore, seeking information about the missing girl.
The Straits Times has contacted Ms Nadiya for more information.
