Police storm Sydney cafe, more hostages seen running out

UPDATE: Police say the hostage crisis is over
The New South Wales police have put out a Tweet saying the Sydney siege is over.
There are unconfirmed reports that two people are dead and three people are seriously injured.
Police have stormed Lindt cafe in Sydney's central business district and there has been gunfire, local media reported on Twitter.
This comes shortly after six more hostages were seen running out of the cafe.
According to 7 News Sydney, there were a total of 21 hostages.
A woman has been carried out a stretcher.
The situation is still unfolding.
