Amos Yee remanded for three weeks
Blogger Amos Yee Pang Sang, 16, will be remanded for three weeks to assess his suitability for reformative training.
He arrived in court at 9.30am today. On his way in he showed his middle finger to media.
The prosecution had urged the court last month to put him on probation but he had rejected this.
On Tuesday (June 2), the court called for a report to access his suitability for reformative training and he will be back in court on June 23.
After a trial, Yee was convicted in court last month of transmitting an obscene picture electronically, and uploading content online which contained remarks against Christianity.
