Four more charged with stuntman death

Four more people have been charged in connection with the death of American stuntman John Denley Nelson.

Muhammad Haziq Hashim, 23, Muhammad Izzuandy Yusof, 23, and Muhammad Khalis Ramlee, 23, have each been charged with one count of murder with common objective.

Syed Muhammad Salleh Syed Sallahudin, 23, has been charged with rioting.

Haziq, Izzuandy and Khalis are accused of rioting with seven others on Circular Road at about 3am on Dec 24.

The group had a common objective of causing hurt to Mr Nelson, which led to his death.

Syed Muhammad Salleh is accused of rioting with 17 others at the same time.

To date, 14 have been arrested in connection with the incident, and nine have been charged with rioting.

The murder charge carries the death penalty.

For rioting, Syed can be jailed up to seven years and caned.
