Taxi, lorries collide
An accident involving a taxi and two lorries occurred yesterday morning along Thomson Road in the direction of Braddell Road.
A silver lorry carrying plastic packaging products collided with a Trans-Cab taxi.
The rear window of the taxi was shattered.
A green delivery lorry then collided with the silver lorry, damaging its rear.
No injuries were reported.
The accident occurred at around 11am.
When The New Paper arrived at the scene, two men were seen removing items from the back of the silver lorry.
All the parties involved in the accident declined comment. The New Paper understands that the drivers settled the matter among themselves.
