Trains, buses to operate longer on Christmas Eve
The operating hours of train and selected bus services will be extended by SBS Transit on Saturday.
Train services on the North East and Downtown Lines, together with the Sengkang and Punggol LRT systems, will be extended by an hour 15 minutes for Christmas Eve.
The Punggol and Sengkang LRT systems will also run longer, to coincide with the last train arriving on the North East Line.
For buses, the last timings of 23 services will be extended at their respective interchanges and terminals.
They are services numbers 33, 51A, 60A, 63M, 133, 181, 222, 225G, 228, 229, 232, 238, 240, 241, 243G, 261, 269, 291, 292, 293, 315, 325 and 410W.
The six Nite Owl services will operate until 4am.
