Two men have been arrested for allegedly selling fake tickets to the SEA Games football match between Thailand and Vietnam at Bishan Stadium today.
If convicted, the two men, aged 29 and 31, can be jailed up to 10 years and fined.
Police yesterday released a list of serial numbers of tickets that may have been duplicated.
Those holding these tickets may be denied entry into the stadium, police said.
Police advise the public to buy SEA Games tickets online at tickets.seagames2015.com, by calling the hotline at 3158-8080, at any SingPost outlet or at the box office at Singapore Indoor Stadium.
