Three men arrested in Choa Chu Kang for series of thefts from vehicles
Police have arrested three male suspects, aged between 21 and 33, for their suspected involvement in a series of thefts from vehicles in the Choa Chu Kang area.
Last month, several cases of theft from vehicles, where cash cards were removed from the vehicles, were reported at carparks in Choa Chu Kang.
Following the reports, officers from Choa Chu Kang Neighbourhood Police Centre conducted extensive ground enquiries and follow up investigations to ascertain the identities of the suspects.
On Friday (Dec 5) at about 1.30am, the officers arrested the suspects along Choa Chu Kang Street 54, the police said in a statement.
Two of the suspects will be charged in Court on Saturday (Dec 6).
If convicted, the suspect would face a jail term which may extend to three years, a fine, or both.
