Three taken to hospital after four-vehicle crash in Yishun
The three people are aged 78, 69 and 46.
Three people were taken to hospital after an accident involving three cars and a lorry in Yishun Avenue 2 on the evening of Oct 16.
Police said they were alerted to the accident at about 6.45pm.
The three people taken to hospital are a 78-year-old male car driver, his 69-year-old female passenger and a 46-year-old female car driver, police said.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force said they were taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. They were conscious, the police added.
Lianhe Zaobao reported that one of the vehicles involved - a yellow car - was driving against traffic.
In a photo of the accident, the yellow car's bumper appears to be heavily damaged. It also appears to have been involved in a collision with the other two cars.
A 29-year-old woman driver is helping with investigations.
Police investigations are ongoing.
