UPDATE Empty Sentosa cable car falls during testing of new line, no one hurt

Today's drama in which an empty cable car fell at Sentosa involved the testing of a new line.
No one was onboard.
There was an engineer in another cabin which was unaffected. The cabin has since been towed safely to Imbiah station.
The engineer was unhurt.
SCDF's Dart team was on standby at the scene.
The existing cable car line is unaffected and remains open.
