Can Ebola and cute ever belong in the same sentence?

At least one company thinks so.

Giant Microbes, an American company that also has an office in Bukit Batok, has come up with Ebola-themed  plush toys.

But if you're looking to get your hands on some Ebola, you may be out of luck. (Now here's one sentence I never thought I would type.)

These toys, based on the epidemic that has cause much panic all over the world, have sold out completely.

Giant Microbes first advertised three Ebola toys as a "uniquely contagious gag gift" that can help you "learn all about this fearsome frontpage disease."

The Ebola Gigantic Doll sells for $29.95 (S$38.20) and the Ebola Petri Dish sells for $14.95.

But if you really want a microbes-themed toy, there are many others to choose from.

These were some that... stood out:

1. Mad Cow disease

2. Diarrhoea

3. Anthrax

4. HIV
