Ms Gaw worked from home on April 8 so that she could wait for her watch to be delivered.

The collector of accessories was excited to receive the Casio G-Shock DW-H5600-7 that cost her $399.

On the night of April 8, there was still no sign of her watch.

Ms Gaw looked for the order confirmation e-mail to track her parcel and was surprised to see that it had been delivered.

The delivery status was marked as delivered and signed for by recipient at 3.45pm on April 8.

The website claimed that the parcel was delivered and signed by the receiver.

Ms Gaw had her door open all day and she did not hear the doorbell.

"I was working from home that day. I kept my door open and did not hear anyone call out or ring the doorbell," Ms Gaw told The New Paper.

None of her neighbours saw a parcel in the corridor on April 8.

Ms Gaw showed The New Paper the CCTV recording of her living room between 3.30pm and 4pm.

She can be seen going to the kitchen and returning to her room at 3.43pm.

The footage also shows her maid stepping out at 3.46pm to throw away a bag of trash. The maid is empty-handed when she re-enters the flat later.

When questioned on the night of April 8, the maid told Ms Gaw she did not see any parcel outside the flat. She did not hear the doorbell either.

Oddly, there was a photo to show proof of delivery by Yamato Transport Singapore, showing the parcel being held up with Ms Gaw's flat in the background.

Ms Gaw filed a police report on April 9. She has sent a copy of the report to Casio Singapore, as requested by the company in its bid to pursue the matter with its logistics partner.

The New Paper has reached out to Casio Singapore and Yamato Transport Singapore.
