A miniature golf course lies under water after a new round of storms brought heavy rains and flooding to northern California on Tuesday, days after rain and snow storms pounded the region. Though it brought much needed relief to drought-stricken California, forecasters warned of 3m of snow in the highest mountains, with up to 2.1m of snow around Lake Tahoe and risks of avalanches.
