Tigers win at home
Balestier Khalsa got back to winning ways in the Great Eastern Yeo's S.League after they beat the Courts Young Lions 3-1 at Toa Payoh Stadium last night.
South Korean Kim Min Ho opened the scoring as early as the fifth minute, and marquee signing Goran Ljubojevic scored his 10th goal of the season to add to the Tigers' advantage in the 18th minute.
Jordan Webb struck in the 61st minute to pull one back for the Young Lions, but Kim killed off the game with his second goal of the night, and his seventh of the season, 15 minutes from the end.
In the other match played last night, Woodlands Wellington drew with Hougang United 1-1 at Woodlands Stadium, after a 90th-minute penalty by Diego Gama cancelled out Chang Jo Yoon's 28th-minute opener for the Rams.
