Movie Review: Attack On Titan Part 1 (NC16 & M18)
Attack on Titan Part 1 is the raddest movie to hit our big screens this year.
It is set in a post-apocalyptic future where humans live behind huge walls to protect themselves from carnivorous giants known as Titans.
Three youngsters, Eren (Haruma Miura), Mikasa (Kiko Mizuhara) and Armin (Kanata Hongo), join the Survey Corps, an elite Titan-killing team, to save mankind.
While the movie dazzles with CGI effects and high-octane action, it is the excellent performances by the trio that make it a must-watch.
They are plucky and heroic, but exude a vulnerability that makes them relatable.
I cannot wait for Part 2, out on Sept 24.
