Angry Arsenal fan wants Fabregas banner removed

An angry Arsenal fan has demanded that a gigantic banner of former Gunners captain Cesc Fabregas outside the Emirates Stadium be removed ahead of Sunday’s match against Chelsea.

Claude Callegari, who has become an Internet sensation for his rants on YouTube channel Arsenal Fan TV, berated Fabregas, saying the Chelsea midfielder does not deserve to have his poster beside other legends like Tony Adams and Dennis Bergkamp.

“He kissed the Chelsea badge when they lifted the (League) Cup... Why is that still on our bridge. It’s a disgrace... Take it down,” says Callegari, referring to the poster on Ken Friar Bridge, dedicated to their former managing director.

A fellow Arsenal fan who is with Callegari added fuel to the London Derby by replying: “Well, we’re civilised. We’re not like Chelsea.”

In another video, where Callegari, who faces off with a Chelsea fan, spices up the derby, saying: “He’s going to freeze here, Mr Fabregas, he’s going to freeze. Once the booing starts...”
