Radojko Avramovic marked his return to Singapore with a point after his Myanmar side were held to a goalless draw by 10-man Malaysia during their Group B Suzuki Cup clash on Sunday evening.
The former Singapore head coach's side could not find a way past Khairul Fahmi Che Mat despite having to play more than one half with a man advantage after Tigers midfielder Gary Robbat earned a second yellow in the 35th minute.
While the White Angels dominated the game, Myanmar could not convert their superior possession into goals as Dollah Salleh's side held on for a draw at the Jalan Besar Stadium.
Malaysia will next face Thailand at Jalan Besar on Wednesday (Nov 26) before Avramovic takes on his former side Singapore at the National Stadium later that evening.
