This Leicester fan has $10,000 riding on this weekend's games

No one could have expected Leicester City to come within a game of topping the English Premier League table come Christmas.

Well, most people anyway.

All hail the punter from the UK whose £5 (S$10.60) wager that Leicester is top of the table at Christmas is set to turn into £5,000  — if the Foxes beat Everton at Goodison Park this weekend.

Top of the table Leicester are currently ahead of Arsenal and Man City by two and three points respectively.

Leicester may even stay in first place if they lose to Everton or even draw on Saturday (Dec 19), but that would mean that punter sweating buckets waiting for the results of the Monday game between Arsenal and Man City at the Emirates Stadium.
