Maradona gives a reporter the 'Hand of God' for winking at his ex
They say with genius comes a little bit of madness - and few individuals embody that saying better than Diego Maradona.
The Argentine legend is at the centre of yet another controversy after he was caught on camera slapping a reporter on a crowded street in Buenos Aires for allegedly winking at his ex-wife Veronica Ojeda.
According to the Mail Online, Maradona was out on the town with his son Diego Fernando and Ojeda when he pulled over to speak to reporters.
After explaining that he was out having "one of the first days I have spent with my son", the 53-year-old suddenly hopped out of his car and confronted one of the reporters before delivering a slap to his face.
Argentine newspaper Clarin reported Maradona as saying: "What's up fool? Why mess with my wife if I do not mess with you?"
You wouldn't expect anything less from the man who brought the world his infamous Hand of God goal against England in the 1986 World Cup in Mexico as well as the mesmerising solo goal that he scored in the same game, would you?
