Saucing things up - banned condiments back on England menu
Things are about to get saucy in the England camp as they prepare for the World Cup.
Manager Roy Hodgson has lifted a ban on condiments like tomato ketchup and brown sauce, much to the delight of Three Lions players.
At the 2010 World Cup, former manager Fabio Capello barred his players from having their meals with these sauces as well as butter because of their high fat and sugar content.
But Hodgson doesn't think that they will hinder his team's preparations for Brazil, especially with the hot weather at the Miami training camp.
Goalkeeper Ben Foster said: "The sauce is a sore point, but we are allowed it now. And butter as well."
England take on Ecuador in their penultimate World Cup warm-up match on Thursday morning (Singapore time).
