The 2014 World Cup has begun! But not where you think.

Castro-Castro prison in Lima, Peru had their prisoners participate in the opening ceremony on of their own version of the tournament on June 2.

About 300 inmates are participating in the two-week tournament, which aims to encourage the adoption of sports within the prison population.
