Next Friday, Angela Lee will be fighting in the biggest bout of her life - the inaugural ONE Championship women's atomweight title match at the Indoor Stadium.

This is the first time a women's title is up for grabs in the Asian mixed martial arts promotion.

"I am super excited about this fight, but this is the most calm I've ever felt before any of my fights," said the Canadian-American, on the sidelines of ONE partnership's announcement with Under Armour at the latter's Bugis Junction outlet yesterday.

"I just feel that all the preparation has been done.

"I am very confident and ready."

She will face Japanese veteran Mei Yamaguchi in the co-main event at "ONE: Ascent to Power" next Friday.

Lee's brother Christian, 17, will also be in action in a featherweight bout against the Philippines' Cary Bullos.

Angela, whose father was born in Singapore, spent the last two weeks training with him in Hawaii, where she is based.

Christian has been training in Hawaii for six weeks, and both arrived here on Wednesday.

He said: "Fight camp was great; I was able to work hard and sharpen my skills all round.

"I know my opponent swings big and goes for broke...

"I would say this is going to be my toughest opponent yet."

Angela's bout will take place towards the end of Friday's programme and she will be in her brother's corner for his fight, coaching him and cheering him on.

"Christian and I have fought on the same card before, so it will be like any other fight," said the 19-year-old, who trains at Evolve MMA in Singapore with her brother.

Christian added: "It won't be a problem; we will give each other energy and make each other stronger on fight night."

Also giving the Lee siblings energy will be an army of family, relatives and friends who have already bought tickets to witness the historic night.

"Everyone (in my family) is coming to the stadium, they have already bought their tickets. My cousin and uncle are even flying in from Canada today," said Angela.

"I've got so much support for this fight. I just want to go out there and make everyone proud."

Yesterday, ONE and Under Armour announced a partnership for 2016 which will see the two companies promoting each other in key South-east Asian markets like Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia during ONE events.

The collaboration will start with the Ascent to Power event.
