NSC is Asia's training hub

The National Sailing Centre was yesterday named an Approved Training Centre by world body World Sailing. It is just one of five such centres in the world, and the first in Asia.

Among the aims of the Approved Training Centre are to provide training and development programmes to coaches and athletes towards world-class or Olympic events, and contribute to more countries competing regularly at World Sailing events.
