World's most expensive defender? David Luiz looks set to leave Chelsea for PSG
Is Chelsea's defender/midfielder David Luiz really worth £50 million ($105m)?
Mega-rich French side Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) certainly seem to think so.
Despite being hit by Uefa for breaching financial fair play rules, the Ligue 1 champions are keen to make the Brazilian the most expensive defender in world football.
While different transfer fees have been mooted - the Guardian reported that Chelsea will sell him for £40m - the deal will be a profitable one for the Blues, who bought Luiz from Benfica in 2011 for an undisclosed fee believed to be around £23.5m.
On their part, PSG believe they are buying one of the world's most stylish defenders.
Let's wait and see what manager Laurent Blanc thinks when Sideshow Bob executes one of his trademark stylish clangers.
