Egyptian Elneny close to Gunners move
Arsenal are close to completing the signing of Mohamed Elneny from Basel, according to Sky Sources.
The Gunners are understood to have agreed a fee of £7 million ($14.6m) with the Swiss Super League leaders.
Elneny - an Egypt international with 36 caps - still needs to complete a medical and get international clearance before his transfer to the Emirates Stadium can be finalised.

Shakhtar's Teixeira linked with Chelsea
Chelsea are closing in on Shakhtar Donetsk playmaker Alex Teixeira, according to reports.
The Blues have been linked with the Brazilian since last summer and appear to be closing in on a January deal.
Spanish publication Fichajes claims the Blues' hopes of signing Teixeira have been boosted by the 25-year-old's relationship with Chelsea stars Willian and Oscar.
Willian and Teixeira enjoyed successful spells together at Shakhtar and are reportedly keen on rekindling that relationship at Stamford Bridge.

Ronaldinho has offers from England
Ronaldinho is hoping to sign for a club permanently next month and has had "more than one" offer from England, according to his brother Roberto.
Speaking to The Times, Roberto said: "Asia or the United States are more likely.
"He still wants to play. I think he has three or four years left in him, maybe more."

Senegalese Niasse chased by EPL clubs
Lokomotiv Moscow striker and Senegal international Oumar Niasse, 25, is likely to move to the Premier League in a £15 million ($31.3m) deal this month.
The Russian Premier League's Player of the Year has been linked with Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham, Everton, Newcastle and Aston Villa.
