WATCH The Sound of Music cast regale MRT commuters

If only our MRT commute can be like this all the time.

The wonderful cast of The Sound of Music, which ends its run at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) tomorrow, treated commuters to a preview of the musical.

They sang on the Circle Line while they were on their way to the theatre at MBS.

We only wish that the commuters didn't look so bored!

After all, you are getting a taste of a musical that is going for $195 per VIP ticket!

Imagine the massive deal you're scoring, all for the price of a train ride instead.

This follows the equally amazing Lion King cast that took over the New York Subway and sang Circle of Life.

Check out morning commuters' reactions to the serenade on July 28.

Let's hope the cast of Mamma Mia will step into our trains and sing Dancing Queen.
